Clear your calendar - it's going down! POP-UP FOOD LAB #1 kicks off on April 18th. Sværtegade 3 is our meeting spot for 3 evenings (18th, 19th and 20th of April) of food, fun and excitement.Venue: POP-UP FOOD LAB is an idea based on the pop-up restaurant concept. Visit us, see and taste the new amazing spot on the Copenhagen cuisine map!
Food: We will serve you food prepared with the best seasonal and fresh products we find on the market. We would like you to experience creative cuisine designed by our French chef - Gilbert Favède. Moreover, our goal is to share with you our taste not only for good food and French wines, but also music and design.

About us: All we want is to have fun doing it! Our inspiration will be also based on the City of Copenhagen, as we love to live here!
